Services
AI that earns its keep.
I build AI automations for small businesses, independent professionals, and service shops. The work is usually not glamorous. It is the missed-call text-back that saves a lead, the weekly revenue digest that replaces a $400 a month BI tool, the outreach pipeline that does the work of a junior SDR. Real, boring, load-bearing systems that compound.
Every engagement comes with a handoff. I install the system, and I teach you how to run it. If you cannot operate what I leave behind, I did not finish the job.
What I help with
A wide net, a narrow craft.
These are the areas where I can move fast and show results. I do not do packages. Each engagement is scoped to a real problem and priced flat so you know what you are paying for before I start.
01 · Lead Generation & Outreach
Build the pipeline a junior SDR would build, without hiring one.
Cold email sequences that scrape and score prospects, then personalize each message with AI. Free audit tools that sit on a landing page and pull in the kind of leads who are already half-sold. Local business enrichment for service shops in a specific geography. Everything runs on your stack, not a vendor's, so it keeps running when you stop paying me.
See the RevOps demo02 · Content Operations
Consistent content without the agency bill.
Social posts, blog drafts, newsletters, and review responses produced on a cadence. I set up the system, write the voice guide, and either hand it to you to operate or run it monthly. The goal is a publication rhythm that would otherwise cost $2k a month with a freelancer, compressed into something you can sustain.
03 · Dashboards & Reporting
See the numbers that actually run your business.
A single URL that shows the KPIs you care about: revenue, top products or services, pipeline health, marketing spend, whatever you need. Built on Stripe, Square, QuickBooks, HubSpot, or whatever you already use. A weekly plain-English email that surfaces the one or two things you should look at this week. No Looker license required.
04 · Finance & Expense Automation
Stop losing receipts, stop dreading P&L night.
Receipt OCR into the sheet your bookkeeper already uses. Weekly expense summaries pulled from your credit cards and categorized automatically. A monthly P&L snapshot in plain English that compares last month to this month. Nothing fancy, just the small automations that compound across a year of saved hours.
05 · Customer Touchpoints
Catch the lead before it walks.
Missed-call text-back. AI intake forms that qualify leads and text you the summary. Review monitoring with draft responses that sound like you wrote them. Simple appointment reminders and confirmations. The small moments where a small business usually drops the ball, automated without losing the human voice.
06 · Internal Builds
Replace the tool you are renting with the tool you own.
Landing pages, microsites, internal tools, and lightweight apps. The workflow you have been paying $99 a month for over three years, rebuilt as code you own. Small AI assistants for specific internal tasks (inventory lookup, FAQ triage, quote drafts). Shipped in days, not quarters.
How it works
Three steps, no retainer traps.
A free audit call.
Thirty minutes. You walk me through what is working, what is broken, and where you are spending money on tools that almost work. I leave with a short list of the two or three places AI can meaningfully move the needle for your business this quarter.
A scoped proposal.
If it makes sense, I send a one-page plan with a flat price, a timeline, and a definition of done. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no retainer you forget to cancel. Most engagements are one-time builds or month-to-month if ongoing operation is needed.
Build, ship, hand off.
I build it, you review it, we ship it live. Then I teach you how it runs. You get a short written walkthrough and a 30-minute screen-share covering how to operate, modify, and extend what I built. The goal is that the system keeps earning after I am out of the picture.
The principle
Implement first. Teach always.
Most AI services are structured to make you dependent. The consultant disappears, the black box keeps running, the monthly invoice keeps arriving. I do not work that way.
Every system I build comes with documentation a non-technical operator can follow. Every engagement ends with a handoff session. If you want to keep me on retainer for ongoing operation, that is fine. If you want to run it yourself after month one, that is also fine. You own the code, the accounts, and the workflow. I am the one who shows up for a tune-up when the business changes.
The long game is agency. The goal is not to make you a customer for life. The goal is to make your business a little more durable every engagement.
Who this is for
If any of these sound like you, we should talk.
- → A local service business (contractor, salon, clinic, shop, studio) that is busy enough to have overflow but not big enough to hire an ops person.
- → An independent professional (consultant, agent, broker, advisor) who is spending hours a week on tasks that should be one click.
- → A small operator paying five or six different SaaS bills for tools that half work and do not talk to each other.
- → A growing company that wants dashboards, lead pipelines, or content systems but does not have an engineer and is not ready to hire one.
- → Anyone curious about AI who wants a real implementation on a real problem instead of a workshop that ends with a slide deck.

Tell me what you are trying to fix.
The first call is free and the scope is honest. If I can help, I will say so. If I cannot, I will tell you who can.
